All sales are final. All pieces are insured during shipping provided that there are clear photos and videos during unpacking. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Don’t throw anything away (box, wrapping materials, etc.) unless instructed by us. The replacement order will be processed as soon as possible.
